Key Responsibilities An

SAP GTS Consultant

is responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting the SAP Global Trade Services module to ensure organizations comply with international trade regulations, customs processes, and export/import controls. The consultant works closely with business teams to optimize global trade operations within SAP landscapes. Key Responsibilities Implement and configure

SAP GTS modules

including Compliance Management, Customs Management, and Risk Management. Gather and analyze

business requirements related to global trade, export/import compliance, and customs processes . Configure

legal regulations, embargo checks, sanctioned party list screening, and export license determination . Manage

customs declarations, duty calculations, and electronic communication with customs authorities . Integrate

SAP GTS with SAP ECC / S4HANA

systems for seamless logistics and trade processes. Support

international trade compliance processes

including export control and trade preference management. Perform

system testing, user training, and documentation

for implemented solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve

SAP GTS functional issues

and provide production support. Work with cross-functional teams such as

SD, MM, Logistics, and Finance

for trade-related processes. Ensure compliance with

global trade regulations and company policies . Required Skills Strong experience in

SAP GTS configuration and implementation . Knowledge of

Export Control, Sanctioned Party List (SPL) screening, and Embargo checks . Experience in

Customs Management and Trade Preference

processes. Understanding of

global trade compliance and international regulations . Experience with

SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA integration . Strong knowledge of

logistics processes (SD/MM integration) . Good problem-solving and analytical skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in

end-to-end SAP GTS implementations . Knowledge of

EDI integration with customs authorities . SAP certification in

SAP GTS or SAP Logistics modules . Experience with

S/4HANA International Trade . Experience Typically

5+ years of SAP experience

with

3+ years in SAP GTS .
