We are looking for a young and passionate Accounts & Finance Executive, to work from our office in Koregaon Park. Pune-411001.

Qualification: B.Com

Type: Work from Office

Banking: coordinate with bank officials, and handle cash withdrawals.

Tally Accounting: Manage day‑to‑day accounting operations in Tally, including entries for credit cards, bank vouchers, loans, PF/ESIC/MLWF, TDS, salaries, expenses, purchases, depreciation, and reconciliations.

Commercial:

- Support the client accounts team in preparing agreements and resolving client queries. - Prepare and update sale invoices in line with client agreements and GST compliance. - Ensure all - sale invoices are reviewed and approved by the Manager before issuance.

MIS & Reporting:

- Maintain and update sales and client records, including candidate data, monthly CRs, YTD sales registers, and client joining reports. - Ensure accuracy and timely reporting of sales, client, and expense data for management review.

Payments: Prepare and manage expense registers for recurring payments (utilities, rent, credit cards, vendors, etc.).

Statutory Compliance: Handle insurance and license renewals, vendor documentation, and statutory dues (PF, TDS, GST, ESIC, MLWF, etc.).

Documentation: Prepare and update financial records and reports such as sale invoices, credit notes, bank reconciliations, and statutory compliance registers.

General: Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting of all accounting transactions and statutory dues.
