We are looking for an experienced

SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Tester

with strong knowledge of

Australian payroll processes

to support testing activities during a SuccessFactors implementation project. The consultant will be responsible for executing payroll testing cycles, validating payroll results, and ensuring compliance with Australian payroll legislation. More details as below.

Experience: 8+ years Work Location: India (Remote) Contract Period: 2 months, extendable -

Potential for Permanent Conversion Shift : Australia Shift - 5 am to 2 pm IST Allocation : 20 to 40 hours per week

Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience in payroll testing , preferably in

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) . Strong understanding of

Australian payroll legislation and statutory requirements . Hands-on experience with

payroll testing cycles (UT, SIT, UAT)

and

parallel payroll runs . Experience with

EC–ECP replication and payroll integrations . Familiarity with

test management tools

such as

Jira, ALM, or Azure DevOps . Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail. Good communication and documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities Execute

payroll testing cycles

including Unit Testing (UT), System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Perform

parallel payroll testing

and validate results against legacy systems. Identify, log, and track defects, and support resolution with functional and technical teams. Validate

Employee Central (EC) to Employee Central Payroll (ECP) replication

and integrations. Review payroll calculations related to

PAYG tax, superannuation, allowances, and statutory deductions . Maintain test documentation, test cases, and test results. Work closely with project teams to ensure timely and accurate payroll validation
