Position Title:

HR Placement Executive The HR Placements Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment and placement process. This includes sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, managing client relationships, and ensuring smooth onboarding. The role aims to deliver successful long-term placements for both the Institute and candidates.

Key Responsibilities: Candidate Sourcing & Recruitment:

Develop recruitment strategies, source candidates, and manage the hiring process. Client Liaison:

Understand client needs, build relationships, and advise on market trends and salary benchmarks. Interview Coordination:

Schedule and prepare candidates for interviews, and provide feedback. Candidate Management:

Maintain communication, negotiate offers, and advise on career development. Placement & Onboarding:

Manage job offers, contracts, and onboarding for smooth transitions. Market Research & Networking:

Stay updated on industry trends and network to build a candidate pool. Reporting & Documentation:

Track recruitment metrics and provide regular progress reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications: Education:

Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field. Experience:

Fresher to 5 years in HR or recruitment, with a strong track record of placements. Skills:

Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
