QuickBooks Specialist, Full-Charge Bookkeeper

General Ledger Management: Maintaining a clean Chart of Accounts and ensuring all transactions are categorized correctly.

Banking & Reconciliation: Linking bank feeds and reconciling monthly statements to ensure the \"book balance\" matches the \"bank balance.\"

Accounts Payable (AP): Entering bills, tracking vendor terms, and scheduling payments.

Accounts Receivable (AR): Creating invoices, tracking overdue payments, and processing customer deposits.

Financial Reporting: Generating Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow reports for management.

Inventory Management: Tracking stock levels, assemblies, and COGS (Cost of Goods Sold).

Sales Tax Compliance: Setting up automated sales tax based on location and filing returns.

Compliance: Should know the USA compliance like TAX rate etc.
