Job Description
Role Summary We’re looking for an Amazon FBA Specialist to own day-to-day Amazon operations end-to-end: listings, inventory planning, replenishment, FBA shipments, catalog hygiene, account health, and coordination with internal teams (warehouse, creative, finance, customer support). You’ll ensure our products stay in stock, compliant, discoverable, and profitable.
Key Responsibilities1) FBA Operations & Inventory
Plan replenishment based on sales velocity, seasonality, and lead times
Create and manage FBA shipments (labels, cartons, ASN, appointment scheduling where needed)
Ensure accurate FNSKU, carton content, expiry/lot compliance (if applicable), and shipment tracking
Monitor inbound receiving issues (shortages, discrepancies, stranded inventory) and raise cases
Reduce stockouts, overstock, aged inventory, and storage fee impact
2) Listing & Catalog Management
Create and optimise listings: titles, bullets, descriptions, A+ content coordination, attributes, variations
Maintain catalog hygiene (category, browse nodes, keywords, images, compliance text)
Resolve suppressed listings, stranded SKUs, detail page errors, variation breakages, and GTIN issues
Coordinate with design/content teams to ensure creatives meet Amazon requirements
3) Account Health & Compliance
Monitor Account Health metrics and policy notifications
Support resolution of listing deactivations, restricted product flags, IP complaints, and other cases
Maintain documentation (invoices, lab reports/COA where needed, brand authorisations)
Follow internal SOPs to prevent policy violations and ensure audit readiness
4) Promotions, Pricing & Performance (Ops-led)
Set up coupons, deals, price rules, and basic promo calendar coordination
Track key KPIs: sessions, conversion, sales, TACoS/ACoS (if ads team exists), buy box %, OOS rate
Identify operational blockers impacting sales (stockouts, suppressed listings, wrong variations)
5) Reporting & Coordination
Weekly reporting on inventory cover, inbound status, OOS risks, listing issues, and action plan
Coordinate with warehouse/3PL for packing accuracy, labeling, and dispatch timelines
Coordinate with finance for reconciliation (fees, reimbursements, storage charges, removals)
Must-Have Skills
Hands-on experience with
Amazon Seller Central
(FBA strongly preferred)
Strong working knowledge of:
Shipment creation, FNSKU/labeling, carton requirements, stranded/suppressed resolution
Catalog & variation management
Case management and documentation handling
Good Excel/Google Sheets: pivots, vlookups, inventory planning sheets
High attention to detail + ability to follow SOPs
Good-to-Have
Experience with
Brand Registry , A+ content, and product compliance workflows
Knowledge of reimbursement claims, lost/damaged inventory, and fee audits
Familiarity with tools like
Helium 10 / Jungle Scout / Keepa / DataHawk

Exposure to Amazon Ads basics (not mandatory)
