We are currently looking for a dynamic and result-driven Career Counselor who is passionate about guiding students and helping them choose the right career path.

Role Overview

As a Career Counselor, you will play a key role in guiding students, managing admissions, and supporting their academic journey. You will interact with aspiring students, understand their goals, and help them choose the right career-oriented programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct career counselling sessions for prospective students

• Manage telephonic, online, and walk-in inquiries and convert them into admissions

• Generate and track leads and inquiry activities

• Achieve monthly billing and collection targets

• Manage student batches and fee collections

• Coordinate faculty batch scheduling

• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management

• Organize seminars, workshops, and events for new inquiries and current students

• Manage inventory of inquiry forms, enrolment forms, brochures, and books

✔ Ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree

• 2+ years of experience in counselling, admissions, education sales, or a related field
