The Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager with 12–15 years of experience to join our team in a critical, client-facing role. This position is ideal for a driven professional who thrives in high-accountability environments and understands the nuances of delivering luxury construction projects for high-net-worth individuals.

You will serve as the owner's trusted representative on-site, ensuring that every decision, milestone, and outcome reflects the highest standards of craftsmanship and professionalism.

What You'll Do

As Project Manager, you will own end-to-end delivery of premium residential or bespoke construction projects. Your core responsibilities will include leading project planning, scheduling, and budgeting with precision; coordinating and driving accountability across architects, designers, consultants, and contractors; monitoring progress rigorously and resolving issues before they escalate; ensuring strict compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards; and acting as the primary liaison between the client and all project stakeholders, maintaining clear and proactive communication at every stage.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in construction project management alongside the interpersonal sophistication to engage confidently with high-net-worth clients. Specifically, we value demonstrated experience managing complex, high-value construction or fit-out projects; a meticulous approach to timelines, budgets, and resource management; proficiency in expediting, ensuring materials, services, and decisions stay on schedule; sound knowledge of quality inspection protocols and logistics management; exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills; and the ability to lead cross-functional teams while maintaining an unwavering focus on client outcomes.

A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline is preferred. Candidates based in or willing to relocate near Pune are strongly encouraged to apply. Exposure to luxury residential or HNI project environments will be a strong advantage.
