Job Description: Shinex Glass Mosaic is looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager (Electrical) to manage end-to-end maintenance operations at our manufacturing plant. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth plant functioning, minimizing downtime, and maintaining high safety and efficiency standards.

Key Roles & Responsibilities: Manage complete plant maintenance activities and maintenance manpower Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance Reduce machine downtime and improve overall equipment efficiency Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical issues Coordinate with production, stores, and vendors for smooth operations Maintain maintenance records, logs, and safety documentation Ensure compliance with safety norms and standard operating procedures Support continuous improvement initiatives in plant maintenance

Candidate Requirements: B.E. in Electrical Engineering 3–6 years of experience in manufacturing plant maintenance Strong knowledge of electrical systems, machinery, and plant utilities Leadership skills to handle manpower and cross-functional coordination Willingness to relocate as per plant requirement
