Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Barrackpur, West Bengal for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will oversee and implement recruitment, employee relations, training, and performance management strategies. Responsibilities include developing HR policies, managing compensation and benefits, ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational guidelines, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The role also involves working closely with leadership to support the company’s strategic goals by aligning HR strategies with business objectives.

Qualifications

- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations - Skills in training and development, team building, and fostering a positive workplace culture - Proficiency in verbal and written communication, along with strong organisational and problem-solving skills - Leadership abilities to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and the management - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR are beneficial - Prior experience in a managerial HR role, preferably in the automotive or technology sector, is a plus - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a solution-oriented mindset
