Relationship Manager – Malayalam Speaking

Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) – Mobile Fuel Dispensing We are a growing mobile fuel dispensing company supplying diesel directly to clients through on-board bowser trucks. We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager who can own client relationships end-to-end — from onboarding to daily order coordination and customer satisfaction.

Role Description : This is a full-time remote position for a Relationship Manager at Fueleum Energy. In this role, you will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their energy needs, and provide tailored solutions. Responsibilities include handling client queries, identifying growth opportunities, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also focus on meeting sales targets, providing timely feedback to improve processes, and staying updated on energy industry trends.

Key Responsibilities Onboard new fleet, construction, industrial, and commercial clients Maintain strong relationships with existing customers Take daily fuel orders via phone / WhatsApp / app Coordinate with operations & delivery team for timely supply Track order status, delivery confirmation, and customer feedback Handle complaints, shortages, delays calmly and professionally Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business Maintain basic order records, client data, and follow-ups Support business growth through upselling and referrals

Qualifications Proven interpersonal skills, including client relationship building and communication abilities in malayalam must and english. Ability to analyze client needs and deliver innovative energy solutions Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills Experience in sales and customer account management is highly desirable Familiarity with energy industry trends and relevant regulatory knowledge is a plus Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or relevant experience
