Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist, located in Gurugram. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. This role involves developing strategies to ensure effective employer branding, collaborating with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, and maintaining a talent pipeline to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Full-Life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring processes
Experience in Interviewing and Recruiting
Knowledge of Employer Branding strategies
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to build and maintain candidate pipelines and manage various recruitment tools
Bachelorโs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Previous experience in Talent Acquisition or HR roles is preferred
