Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Thane, Mumbai for the position of Vice President (Projects). The VP (Projects) will lead and oversee all project operations, ensuring successful planning, execution, and delivery of various projects. The asks for this position are:- ·

Own the journey of multiple projects from conceptualization to delivery. ·

Capability to handle diversified stakeholders, for e.g client, vendor/own team, Academia and ensure smooth flow of information. ·

Render strategic advice and technical solutions to higher management to build the legacy. ·

Overlook the Project Management activities while giving due cognizance to the dynamic requirements of real-world projects. ·

Through a Technical Project Manager, lead the Dev, QA and Integration team for timely delivery of internal projects. ·

Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory frameworks, and security protocols. ·

Immaculate documentation and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications Extensive project management experience

of 10 years and skills in strategic planning, resource allocation, and risk management. Excellent leadership and team management abilities with a focus on collaboration and mentoring. Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment, overseeing complex projects effectively. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies is highly desirable. Previous experience in the IT consultancy industry or overseeing large-scale IT projects is a plus. Bachelor’s in Engineering from top tier colleges. Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
