Roles & Responsiblity
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key Account.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in the assigned region
Achieve sales targets through effective planning and execution
Present product solutions to clients and explain product benefits
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
Participate in sales strategy planning and market expansion initiatives
Provide regular updates on market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities
Qualifications
Proven experience in client acquisition, relationship management, and closing sales
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Strong understanding of market analysis and sales planning
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing market conditions
Proficiency in CRM software and familiarity with sales reporting tools
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Experience in the smart glass or construction industry is a plus
