Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

to manage both

HR Operations

and

Recruitment activities . The role involves supporting the end-to-end employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth HR processes, and assisting in talent acquisition to meet organizational hiring needs. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, follow-ups). Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements. Post job openings on portals and social media platforms. Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers. Conduct initial HR screening and interview coordination. Manage offer rollout, documentation, and onboarding support. HR Operations: Manage employee onboarding and exit formalities. Maintain employee records and HR documentation. Assist in payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and leave management. Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures. Support performance management and appraisal process coordination. Ensure compliance with company HR policies and statutory requirements. Prepare HR reports and MIS as required. Required Skills: Good knowledge of recruitment and HR operations processes Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Good coordination and organizational abilities Ability to handle confidential information responsibly. Preferred Profile: Experience in staffing/IT/Corporate HR environment preferred Familiarity with HRMS or ATS tools is an advantage Immediate joiners preferred.
