Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Partnerships Manager. The Partnerships Manager will be responsible for identifying, building, and maintaining strategic partnerships to support organizational growth. Key tasks include managing account relationships, developing strategic collaborations, analyzing partnership performance, and initiating new opportunities for partnerships. The manager will also communicate effectively with stakeholders and represent the organization's mission to external collaborators.

Location - Thane CTC - Up-to 60k plus incentives

Qualifications Strong foundation in Partnerships and Strategic Partnerships development Demonstrated experience in Account Management and maintaining long-term collaborations Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders Advanced Analytical Skills with competency in evaluating partnership performance and identifying growth opportunities Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and align partnership goals with organizational objectives Experience in the education or entrepreneurship sectors is a strong advantage Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
