Looking for individuals that are passionate about process improvement, able to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization, a strong problem solver, and are detail oriented. This position handles confidential information and requires a high level of professionalism, diplomacy, and discretion.
Essential Functions
In this role, the HR Associate will be executing projects and tasks such as employee relations, employee engagement initiatives, policy improvement, benefits strategy, and administration, and a variety of other initiatives as needs arise
Guide and influence leaders through understanding and balancing the needs of the business, employees, and the company as a whole
Provide HR metrics and reports on timely manner and as needs arise
Roll-out surveys, analyze the data and generate necessary reports to share with the leaders and stakeholders on timely manner and as needs arise
Bring our value of transparent communication to life by partnering with leaders and
Consult with managers, supervisors, and employees on people-related topics.
Handles employment-related inquiries from employees, and managers, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate stakeholders.
Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
Coordinate the annual HR processes including merit review, performance, and succession.
Make recommendations on potential operational improvements
Handle all interactions with Benefits provider and handle employee specific queries.
Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance
Work hand in hand with the different departments for transactional & operational related tasks
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to multitask, including both strategic and tactical work
Strong communicator with demonstrated experience influencing and collaborating cross-functionally
Ability to interact with all levels of the organization, clients, and stakeholders
Ability to exercise tact and diplomacy to resolve sensitive issues
Ability to design and execute programs aligning with organizational needs
Analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Strong time and program management, teamwork, execution, and organizational skills
Proficient user of the Internet, Microsoft Excel, Word & MS PowerPoint
