Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and proactive
HR Manager
to oversee and manage all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will support business needs while ensuring the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives through effective people management.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace issues
Handle performance management and employee development programs
Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and HR best practices
Design and manage compensation & benefits structures
Lead onboarding, training, and engagement initiatives
Maintain HR records, documentation, and reporting systems
Support organizational growth, restructuring, and workforce planning
Foster a positive, productive, and compliant work environment
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field
Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance
Experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
