About the Role:

We are looking for a Client Success & Sales Associate who can manage client communication primarily through email and play a key role in maintaining and growing the company’s sales.

If you are someone who understands client psychology, communicates clearly over email, and knows how to maintain long-term business relationships, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage client communication primarily through email - Handle renewals, follow-ups, and negotiation threads - Maintain and grow existing accounts - Ensure client satisfaction and long-term retention - Track deal status and revenue continuity

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Strong written communication skills - Experience in sales coordination, client handling, or account management - Ability to negotiate and handle pricing discussions confidently - Organised, process-driven, and detail-oriented - Comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment - Prior experience in digital services and marketing (Optional)
