US and/or UK tax compliance

is mandatory Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance Operations End-to-end accounting for US & UK entities GL management, bank, credit card & inter-company reconciliations Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, fixed assets & depreciation Month-end and year-end closing activities Preparation of MIS, management reports & financial statements Working knowledge of

QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, NetSuite , or similar systems US Tax Compliance Preparation and review of Federal & State returns (1040, 1065, 1120, 1120-S) Sales & Use Tax filings Payroll tax returns (941, 940, W-2, W-3) Understanding IRS compliance timelines and documentation Handling basic IRS notices and coordination with US CPAs UK Tax Compliance Corporation Tax (CT600), VAT & Self-Assessment returns Knowledge of HMRC regulations and statutory compliance Support in preparation of statutory accounts and filings Client coordination for UK tax and compliance requirements Client & Process Management Direct interaction with US & UK clients via email and virtual meetings Delivery as per defined SLAs Audit, assessment & compliance support Process documentation and continuous improvement Review and guidance of junior team members (for senior roles) Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills Strong understanding of

US GAAP / UK GAAP Hands-on experience in US & UK tax compliance Proficiency in MS Excel

(pivot tables, lookups, reconciliations) Experience with accounting and tax software tools Soft Skills Good written and verbal communication skills Strong English communication for global client interaction High attention to detail and accuracy Analytical and problem-solving mindset Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines Process-oriented approach suited for a GSS environment Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience in
