Role Overview The

Content Developer

(Translation Specialist) is responsible for translating written, audio, and video content from English into multiple target languages while preserving accuracy, meaning, tone, and context. The role supports the development of high-quality learning modules and requires familiarity with translation tools, eLearning workflows, and content production processes. Key Responsibilities Translate raw English content (text, audio, and video) into multiple languages with high accuracy and cultural sensitivity. Proofread, edit, and review translated content to ensure grammar, punctuation, tone, and contextual consistency when placed back into learning modules. Use translation and media tools such as MS Copilot, HeyGen, and Clipchamp to produce translated files. Conduct terminology research and maintain glossaries and translation memory resources. Collaborate with stakeholders, project teams, and subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and adhere to project timelines. Support content development tasks in alignment with eLearning standards and production requirements. Qualifications 3–6 years of relevant experience, preferably within the eLearning industry. Experience creating or supporting eLearning content. Hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline 360. Familiarity with AI-driven tools and translation technologies. Ability to work effectively in a global, fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and high attention to detail. Technical aptitude and ability to learn new tools quickly. Must-Have Attributes Strong team collaboration skills. Receptive to feedback and able to implement revisions. Demonstrated technical competence and willingness to work with evolving tools. Location Hybrid role based at the client site in Bangalore (Bellandur).
