Direct Marketing Manager - Chit Fund Operations

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Coimbatore for a Direct Marketing Manager-Chit Fund Operations. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning and executing direct marketing strategies, identifying and segmenting target markets, managing campaigns, and overseeing direct mail initiatives. Additionally, the role will involve collaborating with sales teams to drive growth, managing projects to ensure timely outcomes, and continuously evaluating campaign performance for optimal results.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Execution Develop and implement direct marketing strategies that align with company goals. Plan and manage targeted campaigns through email, SMS, WhatsApp, social media, print, and direct mail channels. Coordinate campaign execution with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery.

Customer Targeting & Data Management Analyze customer data (CRM, lead lists) to identify target segments and optimize campaign performance. Maintain and update marketing databases for accuracy and privacy compliance. Implement segmentation and personalization strategies to improve engagement.

Performance Tracking & Reporting Track, measure, and report on campaign ROI, conversion rates, lead quality, and overall effectiveness. Identify opportunities for improvement and optimize campaigns based on analytics and feedback. Prepare regular performance reports for senior management with actionable insights.

Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with sales, digital, and creative teams to align marketing activities with overall business objectives. Support product launches, promotional events, and community outreach initiatives.

Qualifications Strong proficiency in market segmentation and the ability to analyze target audience demographics. Experience in campaign management and expertise in planning and executing campaigns to achieve strategic goals. Knowledge of direct mail practices and a proven track record of success in implementing direct marketing initiatives. Strong sales skills with the ability to meet targets and build client relationships. Proficiency in project management to ensure efficient execution of marketing projects and campaigns. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM dashboards). Bachelor's or relevant degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.

Candidates must have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in direct marketing, preferably within the chit fund, financial services, or NBFC sector.
