Eligibility Criteria-
Qualification: HSC / Graduates Experience:
6 months of any experience (for experienced candidates) Graduate freshers can also apply
Salary-
Graduate Freshers: ₹24,000 per month Experienced Candidates: ₹28,000 per month
Job Responsibilities-
Provide technical support for laptops and printers (North America customers).
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
Assist customers via voice process.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and resolution within SLA.
Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
Required Skills-
Basic knowledge of laptop & printer troubleshooting.
Good communication skills (English mandatory).
Basic computer and technical knowledge.
Problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
