Job Title: Assistant Manager – Accounts & Finance

Department: Finance & Accounts

Location: Goa

Purpose of the Role

To support accounting operations, ensure statutory compliance, assist in financial analysis and budgeting, and help manage treasury activities while delivering accurate MIS.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in day-to-day accounting entries, ledger scrutiny, and reconciliations. - Support timely statutory compliance for TDS and GST (returns, workings, reconciliations). - Prepare and maintain monthly MIS and financial reports. - Assist in financial analysis and budgeting exercises. - Support monitoring of receivables, payables, and working capital. - Assist in treasury activities including cash flow tracking and banking coordination. - Maintain proper documentation and support audit requirements. - Coordinate with internal teams for data collection and reporting. - Ensure adherence to accounting policies and internal controls.

- Accurate accounting records - Timely support in TDS & GST compliance - Reliable MIS preparation - Proper documentation for audits - Support in budget and cash flow tracking

Experience

- Fresher / 0–2 year experience

Qualification

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory

Preference

- Local candidate from Goa preferred

Key Skills

- Basic knowledge of TDS and GST - Good understanding of accounting principles - Strong Excel skills - Analytical and detail-oriented - Willingness to learn and take ownership
