Human Resource Manager

We are looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Manager to join our growing manufacturing team. If you have hands-on experience in HR operations along with payroll management and enjoy building strong workplace culture, this role is for you. Location: Bangalore Experience Required: 0-3 Years Department: Human Resources Key Responsibilities: • Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities • Manage employee records, attendance, and HR documentation • Process monthly payroll, leave tracking, and statutory compliance • Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives • Address employee queries, grievances, and HR-related support • Coordinate with management for policy implementation and HR planning • Maintain compliance with company rules and labor regulations Requirements: • 0-3 years of experience in HR operations in manufacturing/industrial setup preferred • Hands-on experience in payroll processing and attendance systems • Good communication and coordination skills • Knowledge of basic HR policies, statutory compliance, and documentation • Ability to handle multiple HR functions independently
