Role Description We are looking for a

Dayforce Senior WFM Implementation

Specialist with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful implementations and possess deep expertise in complex pay and punch policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Dayforce WFM implementation projects, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction. Apply your hands-on expertise to design and implement complex pay policies and punch policies. Develop and solution intricate requirements, including Long Service Leave, tailored to client needs. Address and deliver custom solutions for customers with a focus on precision and efficiency. Perform client-facing roles with a proactive attitude, ensuring clear communication and effective solutions. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills to facilitate smooth project execution and client interactions. Exhibit a proactive approach towards work and deliverables, focusing on achieving and exceeding project goals.

Qualifications :

Minimum of 5 years experience in Dayforce WFM implementation, with at least 2 successful implementations in the ANZ region or US region. Extensive hands-on expertise in complex pay policies and punch policies. Mandatory experience in client-facing roles with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A track record of successfully turning projects around positively is highly desirable.
