Job description: As a

Paid Ads Expert , you will be responsible for strategizing, executing, optimizing, and analyzing high-performing ad

campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads . You will play a critical role in

generating qualified leads, improving ROAS, and enhancing brand visibility

for our diverse range of IT services and solutions.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute effective

paid advertising strategies across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta platforms

aligned with business goals. Set up, manage, and optimize

campaigns for Search, Display, Video, Retargeting, and Lead Generation . Conduct

A/B testing

on ad creatives, headlines, landing pages, and targeting strategies. Continuously analyze campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs such as

CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, and ROAS. Utilize

Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights, Meta Ads Manager,

and other tools to report on ad performance and generate actionable insights. Work closely with the content, design, and sales teams to ensure messaging consistency and alignment with business objectives. Report performance metrics and improvement plans to internal stakeholders and leadership teams. Manage and allocate advertising budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and meet lead generation targets.

Requirements: Experience in

IT services advertising

is highly preferred. Proven 5+ years of hands-on experience in managing Paid Ads across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta platforms. Strong knowledge of

Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Lead Gen Campaigns. Expertise in

audience segmentation, keyword research, and bid strategy optimization . Proficient in tools like

Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
