Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Job Title: Financial Planning & Analysis Levels: Lead/Assistant Manager/Manager /Senior Manger Location: Noida/ Kolkata Note: Looking for candidates with immediate/0 to 30 days of notice period.

Candidate Expectations: Candidate with minimum 7+ years of experience into Finance, mainly Financial Planning and Analysis. Leads end to end FP&A delivery/governance; stakeholder management; team leadership Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance (Mandatory) CA / CMA / MBA (Finance – Preferred) Flexible to work in any shifts as per clients requirement including night shifts.

Role Responsibility: Lead end to end FP&A delivery (budgeting, forecasting, LRP, management reporting) with strong governance and controls Lead the Net Margin FP&A Team. Responsible for global agency cost of revenue reporting Compilation and release of customer profitability reporting (mid-month / full month) Coach and manage offshore team; plan workloads; assure quality reviews Liaise with Corporate FP&A on current performance, forecasts and longer-term planning. Partner with senior stakeholders to support strategic and operational decision-making; develop financial models and scenarios Drive standardization and adoption of EPM/BI/reporting tools; oversee change management Working collaboratively with relevant teams to ensure financial results are accurate and booked in accordance with company policies Support Strategic Projects on an ad-hoc basis Exposure to Power BI/Cogno, TM1 will be an added advantage.
