Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Partner with department heads to understand
manpower requirements and hiring plans .
Manage the
end-to-end recruitment process
including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
Use various sourcing channels such as
job portals, social media, referrals, recruitment agencies, and campus hiring .
Build and maintain a
strong talent pipeline
for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining
quality of hire .
2. HR Business Partnering
Act as the
primary HR contact
for assigned business units.
Provide HR guidance to managers on
people management, employee relations, and HR policies .
Support business leaders in
organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning .
3. Employee Engagement & Retention
Implement
employee engagement initiatives
to improve workplace satisfaction.
Conduct employee feedback surveys and analyze engagement data.
Work with managers to address
employee concerns and improve retention .
4. Performance Management
Support implementation of
performance appraisal systems .
Guide managers on goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.
Monitor employee performance and provide HR insights to leadership.
5. HR Operations & Compliance
Ensure compliance as per
company policies .
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
