Service Now Specialist

Experience :2-3 years Location: BNG(WFO)

JD: Role Overview: The ServiceNow Specialist will be responsible for the development, configuration, and specialization of ServiceNow modules, particularly Customer Service Management (CSM), HR Service Delivery (HRSD), and Vulnerability Response (VR). The role also involves building custom applications on the ServiceNow platform and translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Key Responsibilities: Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules: CSM, HRSD, and VR Design and build custom ServiceNow applications using best practices Implement workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and integrations Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, and technical implementation Manage data imports, integrations, and reporting/dashboard creation Ensure platform performance, scalability, and security compliance Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancements Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Document technical designs and implementation processes Required Skills & Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform Strong experience in CSM, HRSD, Vulnerability Response, and custom application development Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture and scripting (JavaScript, Glide API) Experience with workflows/Flow Designer, Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts Experience with Service Catalog, Record Producers, integrations (REST/SOAP), reporting, and dashboards Good understanding of ITIL processes Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Mandatory Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) At least one Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM, CSM, Vulnerability Response, or HRSD
