OneNDF is a fast-growing digital platform for property-backed loans (Loan Against Property & Home Loans) helping businesses and individuals access the right lender, right structure, and lowest cost of capital through data-driven credit matching.
We work with 120 banks & NBFCs and have enabled financing for 3000+ customers, simplifying the borrowing journey end-to-end.
Role Objective
The Relationship Manager will be responsible for driving Loan Against Property (LAP) business through direct sourcing, channel partners, and ecosystem relationships while ensuring high conversion and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
• Generate LAP leads
• Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to disbursement
• Achieve monthly disbursement and revenue targets
Customer Advisory
• Understand customer requirements and recommend the best lender options
• Guide customers on documentation, eligibility, and structuring
• Coordinate withBanks and NBFCs for lead fulfillment.
Process & Reporting
• Track pipeline, approvals, and disbursement status
• Provide regular sales MIS and forecasts
Ideal Candidate Profile
• Experience in Loan Against Property / Home Loans / Mortgage Loans
• Strong network among SMEs, property owners, or connectors
• Good understanding of credit, income assessment, and property valuation
• Target-driven and self-motivated personality
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Preferred Background
• Experience in Banks / NBFC / Fintech environment.
• Existing customer network is a strong advantage
