What You Will Do • Lead and coordinate month end close activities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance • Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and close related adjustments • Deliver monthly financial results and reporting packages to internal stakeholders • Partner with the business and key stakeholders across functions to support financial outcomes • Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting quality, and close efficiency • Contribute to ad-hoc finance initiatives and cross-functional projects

Qualifications Required • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field • Approximately 3 or more years of progressive experience • Ability to translate financial information into clear and actionable insights • Comfortable working independently in a remote, global environment • Working proficiency in English
