Roles & Responsibilities

- Site execution (checking & work planning of - RCC, BBM & Plaster, Tilling, Waterproofing, Electrical work, Plumbing Gypsum work, Painting work) in ERP etc). - Planning, Coordination & Execution of total project work with all consultants and contractors. - Billing (Actual measurement sheet, quantity estimation, Work order amendment, Abstract in ERP, Debit Notes in ERP, Credit Note in ERP etc). - ERP - Good knowledge of ERP system For example - service indents, Material indents, Abstracts, Debit notes, BOQ, reconciliation, Material issue. - Carpentry, plumbing, paint work, civil work (Brick work, plaster, R.C.C., P.C.C., Fabrication work, Waterproofing work etc). - Flooring, False ceiling work, Aluminium Work etc. Interiors & finishing of large commercial buildings. - Scheduling material and equipment purchases and deliveries. - Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise. - Documentation - Cube Register, Drawing Registers, Billing Register, material issue Register, Plumbing pressure testing register, Waterproofing testing Register, DPR Register, Labour report register, Material consumption register Snag list. - Computer Related - Daily progress (Excel) report, Weekly progress report, & Monthly progress report (Power point presentation), Estimation in Excel, Mail Drafting to contractors about building issues & Upcoming Activity planning. - Quality - RCC-Cube casting, Rebond hammer test, NDT test, Finishing - proportion checking of All finishing work as per BOQ Material quality as per BOQ, Wastage Control. - Estimation - Estimation in Excel like BBS, Concrete, Plaster & BBM Quantity, Gypsum quantity, Tile Quantity, Dado, paint quantity, Waterproofing material Quantity. - Planning - Building Activity planning - RCC, BBM & Plaster, Tilling, Waterproofing, Electrical work, Plumbing Gypsum work, Painting work. - ERP - Service indents, Material indents against PO & Work orders, Abstracts, Credit Note & Debit Notes for billing, Material issue to contractor from Respective material indent, reconciliation for BOQ, Material stock Reports. - AUTO CAD - Good knowledge of Auto cad.

Qualifications

- B.E Civil/ Diploma In Civil Engineering.

Experience

- 3 to 7 years

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of ERP system, Auto CAD, and relevant construction skills.
