We are looking for an
HR Manager / People Operations Lead
to oversee hiring, onboarding, HR processes, and team development as Nanobag continues to scale. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a
fast-paced startup environment , building HR systems from scratch, and helping recruit top talent globally. You will work closely with the founder and department leads to build a
lean, high-performance team across marketing, operations, and creative roles .
We are hiring both part-time and full-time for this role.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end hiring across departments (marketing, operations, creative, finance)
Screen large volumes of applicants and shortlist top candidates
Coordinate interviews and hiring processes
Build structured hiring pipelines and evaluation frameworks
Source talent globally via LinkedIn, job boards, and recruiter networks
Develop relationships with agencies and recruiting partners
People Operations
Manage onboarding processes for new hires
Maintain HR documentation and contracts
Implement HR systems and tools
Ensure smooth internal communication and team alignment
Must Have
5+ years experience in HR, People Operations, or Talent Acquisition
Experience hiring for
marketing, digital, or e-commerce roles
Strong candidate evaluation and interviewing skills
Experience screening large applicant pools efficiently
Excellent written and verbal English
Highly organized and systems-oriented
