Urgent Opening- Manager Marketing- BTL

Job Description: The BTL Manager will be responsible for conceptualizing, executing, and managing on-ground marketing initiatives and engagement programs aimed at lead generation across corporate, PSU, educational, and residential segments.

Key Responsibilities:  Plan and execute BTL marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads through corporate sessions, PSU tie-ups, school and college engagements, and society activation events.  Organize and manage health camps, financial awareness drives, and community engagement activities to strengthen local market presence.  Collaborate with sales teams to align event objectives with lead targets and business outcomes.  Identify new partnership opportunities with corporates, institutions, and local associations to expand lead pipelines.  Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal departments for event execution, branding setup, and post-activity reporting.  Track performance metrics, maintain data of leads generated, and submit detailed activity reports and ROI analysis.  Ensure all activities comply with brand guidelines and deliver a consistent brand experience.

Requirements:  MBA in Marketing or equivalent qualification.  3–5 years of experience in BTL marketing, event management, or lead-generation roles.  Candidates from Banking, Mutual Fund Distributor companies, or Financial Broker Firms will be preferred.  Good knowledge of local South Indian languages is mandatory.  Proven ability to manage multiple on-ground marketing activities simultaneously.  Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.  Strong analytical skills to track performance, ROI, and lead quality.

Preferred Attributes:  Hands-on experience in corporate activations, tie-ups, and engagement marketing.  Creative approach to event ideation and local audience engagement.  Proactive, energetic, and target-driven personality.
