About the Role: We are looking to hire a dynamic and detail-oriented Principal Officer to support the Investment Team of a Category II Alternative Investment Fund at GIFT City. The role will primarily involve assisting in investment decision-making processes through preparation of pitch decks, research materials, portfolio analysis, and deal documentation.

Key Responsibilities: Support the Investment Team in preparing: Investment Pitch Decks Research Decks for Portfolio Companies Industry Analysis & Market Research Reports Deal Screening Notes & Deal Digests Assist in financial modelling and analysis using advanced MS Excel Conduct due diligence support for potential investment opportunities Track portfolio performance and prepare periodic portfolio updates Develop investment memorandums and presentation material for IC meetings Maintain investment pipeline and transaction database Coordinate with internal stakeholders for deal evaluation and documentation Support in preparation of investor presentation materials

Required Skillset: Strong expertise in MS Excel (Financial Analysis, Data Interpretation, MIS) Proficiency in PowerPoint for creating professional investment presentations Understanding of Private Equity / Venture Capital / Alternative Investment Funds Experience in investment research, portfolio analysis, or deal evaluation Strong analytical and documentation skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Preferred Background: Experience working with: Alternative Investment Funds (AIF) Private Equity / Venture Capital Firms Asset Management Companies PMS / Investment Advisory Firms
