We Are Hiring: Senior Manager - Taxation Are you a seasoned Chartered Accountant with a strong command over taxation and accounting? Do you have a passion for leading teams and delivering excellence to clients? CBV & Associates is looking for a proactive and experienced Senior Manager - Taxation to join our dynamic team! If you have a solid understanding of Income Tax, GST, and corporate laws, and you thrive in a leadership role, this is the perfect opportunity for you. What You’ll Do:As a Senior Manager, you will be at the helm of our taxation and accounting operations. Your key responsibilities will include: • Overseeing daily bookkeeping and ensuring timely monthly closures, including investment entries for equities and mutual funds. • Guiding a dedicated team of 6-7 professionals on daily accounting entries using software like Tally and ZOHO. • Handling year-end Balance Sheet finalizations and closing entries for corporate clients. • Managing Year-End filing of Income Tax Returns for both Individuals and Companies. • Liaising effectively with multiple clients to ensure timely receipt of documents, vouchers, and supporting materials. • Sending instructions to clients' banks for payments, managing the maker-checker approval process. Who We Are Looking For: • A Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5 to 6 years of experience. • A professional with sound knowledge of accounting principles, Income Tax laws, GST regulations, and TDS provisions, as well as the Companies Act. • A leader who is sincere, honest, trustworthy, and proactive in client management. • Someone with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
