Curriculum Developer - Mathematics

About the Role We are building a structured, outcome-driven Grade 9 & 10 mathematics program designed to combine conceptual clarity, exam performance, and long-term mathematical thinking. We are looking for a Curriculum Developer who understands that:

This role goes beyond drafting questions. You will execute the academic vision by developing lesson plans, practice modules, and assessment systems aligned to our mastery model.

Key Responsibilities Develop detailed lesson plans aligned to the defined learning framework. Create practice sets with varying difficulty levels. Design board-aligned assessments, including competency-based and application questions. Translate conceptual objectives into measurable learning outcomes. Identify common student misconceptions and build targeted practice to address them. Ensure alignment with blueprint, weightage, and exam trends. Collaborate with the Product and Teaching teams to refine content based on classroom feedback. Maintain strict quality standards, timelines, and documentation discipline.

What We are Looking For Strong command over Grade 9 & 10 Mathematics. Deep familiarity with board exam structure and marking patterns. Ability to write clear, structured, student-friendly explanations. 5-7 years of experience in curriculum design. Experience designing practice that builds both accuracy and speed. High attention to detail and consistency. A growth mindset, openness to feedback, iteration, and continuous learning.
