Position: Business Development Executive ( UAE, Middle East Market)

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities for IT staffing (contract/permanent) in targeted Eastern regions Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and hiring managers.

JD Good Experience in UAE, Middle East Market 2-6+ years of B2B sales experience specifically in IT staffing or recruitment agency Strong knowledge of the IT hiring landscape in the Middle East Excellent verbal and written English communication skills Experience in staffing for specialized IT verticals IT, Oil and Gas client acquisition experience Good in Lead Generating
