1. Manage end to end

recruitment

and selection process of Technical (EPC / Construction) & Non-Technical (Support functions) hiring parse Real Estate sector. 2. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital. 3. Manage the

end-to-end employee lifecycle

including talent acquisition, induction, engagement, performance management, PMS and exits. 4. Nurture a positive working environment. 5. Support with data and statistics for trends and patterns. 6. Preparation of

HR MIS

(includes detail, manpower & cost analysis, entry, exit, attrition, recruitment status, retention, trainings, age ratio, productivity reports etc.). 7. Managing the

day-to-day Strategic operations

of the company. 8. Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law. 9. Ensured adherence to all people processes both from timelines and quality of how these processes are experienced by employees. 10. Resolve employee grievances, conduct regular connects, and ensure smooth communication between employees and management. 11. Handled

HR Audit process. 12. Site Visits if required. 13. Performs other duties as assigned.

Software People Strong / SAP. 7) Detail oriented. 8) Deadline driven. 9) Excellent written and spoken English. 10) Strong analytical skills & business intelligence tools.
