Maintenance Manager

- To ensure utility support and maintain Zero breakdown during process - To ensure statutory regulations under various acts of Boiler and Electrical equipments. - To control manpower utilization - To be supportive for achieving production target - To control Cost per case - To adhere Good Engineering Practices - To monitor all the projects and to take care of infrastructure developments. - To ensure the safety norms and to follow GMP - To implement energy saving initiatives

The ideal candidate should have experience in Electrical HT and LT equipments. Variable frequency drives, PLCs, Bottling equipments, High pressure compressors, LP compressors, chilling plant, Boilers, Generators, HVAC, blowing machines, cooling towers, conveyors, UPS.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering - Mechanical / Electrical or related field - 5 years supervisory experience with exp in utilities, production lines or related fields - Strong critical thinking and organizational skills - Ability to identify and troubleshoot effectively
