ITOM Discovery Implementation Specialist

to join our team and support the deployment of

HCL BigFix Service Management – Discovery . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing discovery solutions and a strong understanding of IT infrastructure and application topology mapping. Key Responsibilities: Implement ITOM Discovery solutions for infrastructure and application mapping. Configure and manage discovery probes and sensors. Conduct demos, workshops, and client consultations. Troubleshoot and optimize discovery processes. Engage with clients to gather requirements and provide expert guidance. Qualifications & Skills: 7–10 years of experience in ITOM Discovery implementations. Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Discovery, BMC Discovery, Device42, or similar tools. Strong understanding of network, server, and application topology mapping. Proven track record of successfully delivering end-to-end discovery projects. Excellent communication and client engagement skills.
