Role Overview The Controller will oversee all aspects of financial accounting, reporting, and compliance, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial information across multiple business units. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires strong knowledge of apparel/fashion industry operations — including inventory, costing, and intercompany accounting — as well as fluency with ERP and PLM systems. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with

Momentis, WFX, Great Plains (Microsoft Dynamics GP)

, and

Power BI

, along with a track record of driving process improvements, managing audits, and building efficient, scalable accounting frameworks.

Key Responsibilities: · Lead the accounting team and manage all aspects of financial operations, including GL, AR/AP, inventory, payroll, and consolidations. · Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closings, account reconciliations, and financial reporting. · Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with

U.S. GAAP

. · Maintain and improve internal controls, accounting policies, and documentation. · Partner with senior management to drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting processes. · Manage external audits and coordinate with tax and compliance advisors. · Oversee ERP and reporting systems — optimizing workflows and integrations with Momentis, WFX, and Great Plains. · Develop financial dashboards and analytics using

Power BI

to enhance decision-making and operational visibility. · Support cross-functional initiatives related to automation, inventory valuation, and system implementations.

Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field;

CPA preferred

. · 8 + years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including at least 3 years in a Controller or Assistant Controller capacity. . Prior experience in
