Job Title Sales : Senior Client Engagement / Strategic Account Lead Role Purpose We are seeking an experienced client-facing professional to manage and grow strategic accounts involving complex, multi-layered stakeholder environments. The role requires strong commercial acumen, confidence in navigating nuanced discussions, and the ability to engage at both operational and organizational leadership levels. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the maturity and sophistication required to lead high-value conversations, influence decision-making, and drive long-term partnership outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead strategic engagement with key client accounts across multiple stakeholder groups Manage complex, layered conversations at senior and executive levels Drive commercial discussions including pricing, scope expansion, renewals, and contract negotiations Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and develop account expansion strategies Act as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding organizational priorities and aligning solutions accordingly Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver client outcomes Present proposals, business cases, and strategic recommendations confidently Monitor account performance and ensure delivery excellence Required Experience & Qualifications 3 -5 years of experience in client engagement, strategic account management, or consultative sales Proven experience managing complex stakeholder environments (CXO/Director-level engagement preferred) Strong commercial acumen and experience handling contract negotiations and revenue growth discussions Demonstrated ability to navigate nuanced, high-stakes conversations Experience working in [industry/domain – specify if applicable] Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or equivalent preferred Key Competencies Commercial sophistication Strategic thinking Executive presence and confidence Stakeholder management at organizational level Influencing and negotiation skills Strong communication and presentation skills Relationship-building with long-term partnership focus
