Senior Leader – B2B Institutional Partnerships
(Hospitals & Workforce Housing)
Location: Noida (with extensive pan-India travel)

As part of our next phase of growth, UniLiv is building a dedicated B2B Institutional Partnerships vertical focused on:
Healthcare institutions (hospitals, pharma companies, medical colleges)
Blue-collar & industrial workforce employers (manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, services)
About the Role
This is a senior, relationship-led leadership role focused on building and scaling institutional B2B partnerships that translate directly into long-term accommodation contracts.
We are looking for a leader who already has strong institutional connects and can convert those relationships into signed, high-volume occupancy agreements across UniLiv’s housing portfolio.
This is not a junior BD or exploratory role. Success in this role is measured by contracts closed, beds filled, and partnerships retained.
Key Responsibilities
Institutional Partnerships (Healthcare & Workforce)
Build and drive partnerships with:
Hospitals, healthcare groups, pharma companies, medical colleges
Manufacturing units, industrial clusters, logistics & warehousing firms
Staffing and manpower aggregators
Secure bulk accommodation contracts for:
Doctors, nurses, paramedical staff, trainees
Visiting consultants and medical faculty
Blue-collar workers, apprentices, contractual workforce
Revenue & Growth Ownership
Own the end-to-end B2B institutional pipeline.
Convert partnerships into large-scale, contracted occupancy.
Drive multi-year agreements to ensure predictable revenue.
Identify city- and cluster-level expansion opportunities.
Strategic Product Development
Support the creation and scale-up of:
Hospital staff housing & guest houses
Managed workforce housing clusters
Training and apprenticeship accommodation
Provide market insights on:
Shift-based housing needs
Hygiene, safety, and compliance standards
Cost-efficient yet dignified living for blue-collar workforce
Relationship Management & Representation
Act as the single senior interface for institutional partners.
Maintain strong relationships with hospital leadership, HR heads, procurement teams, and plant HR.
Represent UniLiv at healthcare, HR, and industrial forums and events.
Cross-Functional Execution
Work closely with Operations to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
Align with Finance, Legal, and CX teams on contracts, SLAs, and partner satisfaction.
Ensure renewals, expansions, and long-term retention.
Who Should Apply
12+ years of experience in:
Hospital / healthcare institutional partnerships and/or
Industrial, blue-collar, or workforce-focused B2B partnerships
Strong existing network with:
Hospital administrators, HR heads, procurement leaders
Manufacturing, logistics, or industrial HR decision-makers
Staffing and manpower aggregators
Proven track record of closing high-volume, institutional contracts.
Deep understanding of healthcare and/or blue-collar workforce requirements.
Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across India.
