Elec./HVAC/Fire fighting/BMS etc. Should have sound knowledge of MS Office, Power point and MS Project

Job Responsibilities Execute and monitor project activities of MEP services. Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met. Co- ordination with all agencies such as Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, PA System, CCTV System, BMS System, Communication System, etc. Responsible for Quality and safety work at site Prepare and update project plans and status reports Arrange progress review meetings with sub-contractors and produce tasks and actions. Follow up for obtaining all the requisite design/drawings for execution Ensure daily, weekly, monthly reports are prepared timely and in agreed standard formats. Review the daily, weekly, and monthly reports pertaining to Design & Build / Fit out works. Ensure efficient coordination between all departments.
