Role Objective
We are looking for a Creative Head who is first and foremost a strong Art Director with big ideas, and who can lead the visual and creative output of the agency. This role is responsible for setting the creative vision, elevating quality, building a strong creative team, and delivering award-worthy, high-impact brand communication across digital, social, campaigns, and integrated platforms.
This is a hands-on leadership role — not just delegation.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Vision & Art Direction
Own the overall creative vision of the agency across brands
Define:
Visual language
Brand tonality
Creative standards
Aesthetic benchmarks
Lead art direction for:
Campaigns
Brand launches
Key client pitches
High-visibility brand moments
Set the "taste level" for design, film, social, and content
Concept Development & Big Ideas
Drive concepting for:
Campaigns
Brand narratives
Digital-first ideas
Launch films & key visuals
Partner with Brand Strategy and Digital teams to create:
Insight-led ideas
Platform-native concepts
Push for bold, distinctive creative that stands out in cluttered categories
Team Leadership & Capability Building
Build and lead:
Art Directors
Designers
Video editors
Motion designers
Mentor the team on:
Visual storytelling
Craft
Idea development
Platform-specific creativity
Create creative processes, reviews, and quality gates
Inspire a culture of creativity, experimentation, and high standards
Quality Control & Output Excellence
Personally review and elevate:
Key visuals
Campaign creatives
Brand films
Social content
Ensure all output is:
On-brand
High-quality
Strategically aligned
Maintain consistency of brand aesthetics across platforms and touchpoints
Client & Leadership Partnership
Present creative concepts to:
Founders
CXOs
Marketing heads
Defend ideas with clarity and confidence
Partner with leadership on:
New business pitches
Brand visioning
Education
Preferred:
Degree / Diploma in:
Fine Arts
Visual Communication
Graphic Design
Animation / Multimedia
Design school background (NIFT, NID, Srishti, Pearl, etc.) is a plus
Important:
Portfolio quality + creative leadership matters far more than formal education.

Comfortable with fast-paced agency environments
Nice-to-Have:
Experience working on premium / luxury / lifestyle brands
Awards or notable campaign recognition
Experience building creative teams from scratch

Reporting To
- You will report to Business Head of the respective Vertical
Reporting Office
- You will be based at our EBG Group Office at Hitec City area, Hyderabad, Working days Monday to Saturday. Timings 10 am to 7pm.
Salary Package
- Your Salary package will range from 15 LPA to 18 LPA
