We provide retail placement, online visibility, cross-border distribution, and private-label development, enabling young brands to grow faster with low entry barriers and high impact.

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Gurugram for an E-Commerce Operations Executive. The role involves managing the daily operations of e-commerce platforms, including order processing, inventory management, and ensuring timely deliveries. Key responsibilities include monitoring product listings, coordinating with vendors, resolving customer issues, and analyzing data to improve e-commerce performance. Collaboration with internal teams to implement strategies for enhancing operational efficiency is also an essential part of this role.

Qualifications Proficiency in managing e-commerce platforms and tools. Skills in data analysis, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes. Experience in customer service, problem-solving, and vendor coordination. Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills. Familiarity with marketing strategies for e-commerce growth is a plus. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and meet operational deadlines. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field is preferred. Freshers are welcomed to apply
