About the Role
We are looking for a Principal Solutions Architect to own and lead deep technical integrations for our most complex enterprise customers. This is a senior technical authority role responsible for architecture design, integration strategy, and production go-live execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end integration architecture for enterprise customers
- Own complex CRM and system integrations (Zoho, Salesforce, custom CRMs)
- Lead API integrations, webhooks, event streaming, and data sync workflows
- Drive enterprise implementation from technical scoping to production rollout
- Identify integration risks early and mitigate proactively
- Act as final technical escalation point for strategic accounts
- Collaborate closely with Product & Engineering on edge-case requirements
- Engage with CTOs and enterprise IT teams as senior technical authority
Required Skills & Experience
- 7–12 years of experience in SaaS / AdTech / CRM / API-first platforms
- Experience as Solutions Architect / Principal Engineer / Lead Integration Specialist
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, JSON structures, authentication mechanisms (OAuth, API keys)
- Experience designing CRM and marketing platform integrations
- Ability to debug complex integration failures across systems
- Strong stakeholder management and structured problem-solving skills
- Commercial awareness of impact on revenue and retention
