Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate BIM models for Architectural and Interior Design projects Collaborate with architects, designers, and consultants Ensure model accuracy, standards, and compliance Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues Develop and manage BIM standards, families, and templates Support design visualization and documentation

Requirements:

Minimum

3 years of experience

as a BIM Coordinator (Architecture / Interior Design) Proficiency in

Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks Strong understanding of

BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and LOD standards Excellent attention to detail and spatial coordination Strong communication and collaboration skills
